Politics as I see it: CHANGE?

So i feel like this is really my last chance to write about politics since its about time to move on but i just thought i would get some things off my chest.
First off my political views are properly labeled libertarian. I would call it something along the lines of a liberal republican. I am in the middle on very few things, and the opinions i do have are far left or far right based on the topic or issue. I hope that after a few times of reading this blog you will gain a better understanding on whether you agree with it or not.
I would like to say that my views have drastically changed since the beginning of this circus we call an election. During the primaries i thought that democrat was the way to go, contrary to my families background. I was set on the fact that Obama was the key to success, although i never had that big of a problem with president Bush. I think he is a great guy, that had great ideas, but was dealt a very bad hand. On the republican side their wasn't much to get excited about. Nothing more than every other election, a bunch of old white guys badgering the people that they pretend to like at work everyday.
After the primaries were settled by states no one cares about we were faced with a mediocre decision of Obama or McCain. This was about the same time i was discovering religion which I'm sure i will talk about in a later post, but this newly found spiritual refreshment subtly changed my political views more than i realised.
I came to the conclusion that politics became a fad of the times. I came to the understanding that most kids my age liked Obama because it was "cool" to like him. Few people actually cared about the issues although a few did. It was also part of the times to completely trash George Bush's name using second hand facts that adolescents got from their parents or a teacher.
Now that it is all said and done i can only talk about the facts which is basically the reason i wrote this. The previous paragraphs were basically an intro. You thought you were reading something important didn't you? Any way back to my topic....
We were promised "The Change we need" I find these words startling lies. First off let me point out the obvious OBAMA IS BLACK, he appeals to black people, It was said by the most intelligent Kanye West that "George Bush hates black people" let me say that George Bush appointed more minorities to his cabinet than any other president in history. So how can he hate them....hmmm.....OH! and MR. OBAMA is supposed to lift up the african american cultrure, Obama has yet to appoint 1 minority...THAT IS A FACT...unless you count Hillary Clinton as a woman, i will leave that one to debate. Everyone of the first 41 people he appointed 31 were white males that had some part in the Clinton administration.....correct me if I'm wrong but I'm missing the change here.
And finally Obama so proudly promoted a taxation of everyone who makes over 250,000 which appeals to african americans because most of them live in the inner cities and wont see this much money unless they take a trip to the drug dealers apartment. Don't get me wrong I have black friends I'm not racist these are generalizations that i didn't make up and I'm not bringing up anything about the culture you didn't already think. Any way, I am curious how Obama is going to issue this tax, because congress has to pass this vague proposal....will you do me a favor and look up how much a senator makes....would you vote to tax yourself???? just curious
For those of you who read all of this i applaud your enthusiasm and would love to hear from you whether you agree or not....just to know I'm not talking to myself.

stop dwelling on it. I understand why you want to get people to understand. I think most people are in the middle, but they just wont to label themselves.
